The rules of the
marketplace

By creating an account or using WinnGooTrade, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

If you use WinnGooTrade on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must give accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.

WinnGooTrade is a business-to-business marketplace that helps buyers and suppliers find each other.

• Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their products, prices, availability, certifications and delivery promises.
• Buyers are responsible for checking a supplier before ordering and for paying as agreed.
• Contracts for the sale of goods or services are made directly between buyer and supplier. WinnGooTrade is not a party to them.

You keep ownership of the content you post, such as listings, photos, reviews and messages. By posting it, you give WinnGooTrade a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and promote it on the platform.

You confirm that your content is accurate, that you have the right to use it, and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

• Inquiries and requests for quotation (RFQs) are invitations to negotiate, not binding orders, unless both sides clearly agree otherwise in writing.
• Prices, lead times and terms are set by the supplier and may change until an order is confirmed.
• Any dispute about quality, delivery or payment should first be raised with the other party. We may help with communication but do not guarantee an outcome.

Some features require a paid plan. Plan prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

• Fees are charged in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we state it in writing.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, counterfeit or illegal products or services;
• use the platform for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
• harass other members, send spam, or collect other members’ data without permission;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform or its security;
• create fake accounts, fake reviews or manipulate rankings.

The WinnGooTrade name, logo, design, software and platform content (excluding member content) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.

The platform may link to websites or services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

WinnGooTrade is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the platform running smoothly, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we verify every listing, member or claim made on it.

You are responsible for doing your own checks before entering a deal.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WinnGooTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from deals between members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put other members at risk, or if we are required to by law. When an account ends, rights and obligations that should reasonably continue, such as payment, intellectual property and liability, stay in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be handled by the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless the law requires another venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use WinnGooTrade after the changes means you accept them.
