Is WinnGooTrade free for buyers?

Yes. You can browse without an account. A free account (mobile number and OTP) lets you send inquiries and post requirements.

How do I get a price quote?

Open a product and choose Send inquiry, or post a requirement with the product, quantity and delivery city. Matched suppliers reply by chat, call or email.

A request for quotation. You describe what you need once and it is sent to matching suppliers, so you can compare prices, MOQs and lead times side by side.

Minimum order quantity: the smallest amount a supplier will sell. It is shown on each product, and many suppliers will negotiate it for a first order.

Many suppliers sell a sample or a single unit. Ask in your inquiry and agree the cost and shipping with the supplier.

How do I become a supplier?

Register with your business details and verify your mobile by OTP. Then add your company profile and product listings. Your profile is reviewed before it goes live.

What do I need to list products?

Product name, category, images, specifications, price range and minimum order quantity. GST or IEC details and certifications help your profile rank and build trust.

How do I receive leads?

Buyer inquiries about your listings arrive in your inbox. You can also search buy leads posted by buyers. Access to buy leads depends on your plan.

Why am I getting irrelevant inquiries?

Complete categories, clear specifications and a stated minimum order reduce mismatches. You can also qualify each lead by asking quantity and location before investing time.

How are suppliers verified?

Through a seven-point check: business registration, owner identity, premises, tax and export IDs, product and sample review, trade references, and ongoing monitoring.

What does the Verified badge mean?

The supplier passed the checks above. It is a signal of identity and legitimacy, not a guarantee of any single order, so keep doing your own due diligence.

Can a verified supplier lose the badge?

Yes. Suppliers are monitored after listing, and the badge can be removed if documents expire or serious complaints are confirmed.

Do you handle payment or shipping?

No. WinnGooTrade delivers the lead. Price, payment terms and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and supplier.

Is my money protected?

Payments are made directly to the supplier, so we do not hold funds. Agree terms in writing, start with a sample or a small order, and use secure methods such as bank transfer or a letter of credit for large orders.

Who arranges freight and customs?

The parties decide this in their agreement, usually through the incoterms in the quotation. Ask the supplier which terms they quote.

What does a supplier membership include?

Paid plans add priority ranking, more buy-lead access, a verified badge, catalog tools and a relationship manager. See the pricing page for current plans.

I did not receive my OTP. What now?

Check the number you entered, wait a minute, then request a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact support.

How do I delete my account?

Write to support from the email or mobile number on the account and we will process the request.
